I'm falling so far behind in my self-imposed goals. I failed to properly account for how much of my life my job would eat away. It's only 8-4 that I'm not home, right? I have lots of time to do my arts. Hah, no. I get home just between 3:30 and quarter to, and I feel like crawling away to die. Darned Irish genes! I get so sunburned through my sweatshirt...

And now one of the few friends that actually live in the same state as me (gotta love internets for those peoples farther away, like Australia) is gone out of the country. It's been a good week since she left. I've tried calling her to hang out three times -.-

So. Since I failed to meet my at-least-eight-of-my-new-characters-colored goal, and I'm short one of the four people who would ordinarily come, I am canceling my birthday tomorrow. Zephy will turn nineteen NEXT year. At which point she will also be twenty. At the same exact time. And most likely still referring to herself in third person oh yes.

... it's the sun I swear.


Anyways, enough pity party going on around here, I do not want company at the moment. I am busy coloring my characters in hopes to finish as many as possible tonight. At the moment, it looks like that will be... two. Yay me.


In other news, I am, for the bazzillionth time, attempting to sketch out a possible comic. Possible. Maybe. I've got my storyline, and outlined what I need for the first few pages, as well as random lines from scenes much later, worked out most of my main character designs, save for two of my main 'antagonists' and a few elementals. I've got bios too, and history and most of a map and everything. Which would be awesome... if I actually managed to come up with a title. So if anyone is any good at titles, lemme know. I could do with a few suggestions. Mine all sound like... well. Not like something I'd wanna read anyways...

Seems like I managed to get three with the outlines and base colors, one of which I started shading. I'll have to finish all the other people later, maybe over the weekend. I'm too tired now, in spite of it barely even being midnight. I have all my sketches done, wish I could scan and color at work, but the beach would prolly kill my poor laptop.
